If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they meet the following conditions:
• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unaltered
• Items must show no signs of wear, scratches, or modifications
• All original packaging, invoices, certificates, and accessories must be included
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Engraved, personalized, or custom-made jewelry
• Resized or altered pieces
• Custom design orders, including “Design Your Own” jewelry
• Contoured or fitted wedding bands
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards, appraisals, and layaway deposits
Custom-made jewelry may be eligible for exchange only, for an item of equal or greater value, subject to approval.
Additional Conditions
• Free gifts included with your purchase must be returned. If not returned, their retail value will be deducted from your refund
• Jewelry accompanied by gemstone or diamond certificates must be returned with the original certificate. Missing certificates may result in a deduction
• Loose diamonds over 4 carats are eligible for exchange only and are non-refundable
• Cuban link bracelets and necklaces may be exchanged but are non-refundable
• Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
All return packages must arrive at our return facility within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Return Process
To ensure a secure and smooth return, please follow the steps below carefully.
1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

Please include your order number and request a return authorization number (RMA).
Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
2. Package Your Return Securely
• Place the jewelry in its original packaging
• Include the invoice, certificates, and all accessories
• Do not indicate “jewelry” on the exterior of the package
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
3. Insure & Track Your Shipment
We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method.
Coralyn is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Wire transfer orders will be refunded via company-issued check
Improperly packaged or uninsured returns may be refused.
